The MCHRA Transportation program serves seniors who no longer have the means or ability to drive themselves. Their Meals on Wheels and Senior Dining Programs both serve hot meals and deliver to those who are homebound Monday through Friday. There are other sources of referral, as well, including but not limited to Home Health, Home Care, Assisted Living and Memory Care facilities, Nursing Homes, Rehabilitation Centers, Senior Advocates, Elder Law Attorneys and so much more.
